Developing projects in the Netherlands

Four new uppr places are joining our community. Together, they represented about 12.700 m² (or 136.701 ft²) of rentable floor space. Look for future updates for an official anouncement.

These locations are still being built or being developed. It concerns projects in 4 major cities in the Netherlands: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Eindhoven.

In addition, the focus at uppr is also on existing real estate. We offer different types of locations on the online platform. These locations are sustainable or want to take steps to become more sustainable. By joining the platform, you join the network of sustainable locations as a location, you make optimal use of spaces in the building and appeal to a conscious and new target group.
